The Berkeley heat team generously referred me to their builders they worked with even though I didn’t buy a sauna from them. We got our hot tub last year form BH. We had a smooth experience with all our questions answered. They recommended installers and an electrician. I've been in a few times the past year with random questions and they are always cool to answer(eventho they are quite busy). From the time I first entered, at the recommendation of a friend, Nic and Darrian were very helpful, relaxed (not high pressure sales), knowledgeable and informative about what I would need to have the best hot tub purchase and installation experience.  That said, I am THRILLED with my hot tub and use it nearly every single day.
